POSITION OVERVIEW

The District Customer Experience Manager, Eastern Zone, will be based out of our Brossard, Quebec office. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the attainment of our industry leading customer experience satisfaction goals at all customer touch points in our Sales and Service processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Experience Sales process
  • Customer Experience Service process
  • SocialCX performance
  • Hyundai’s exclusive Signature Certification program deliverables
  • DCXM dealer reviews
  • Utilization of Digital Services
  • BlueLink customer activation – Dealership process
  • Monitor and make recommendations related to mystery shops
  • High opportunity Dealer root cause/action planning
  • CR incidents / Dealer Case Management
  • Sales and Service Training Registrations / Technical Training (team member certification)
  • Dealer participation of national touch points, i.e. PoP, digital displays, tablet based services, and Hyundai Digital Service

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the same or similar position
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), complimented by attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Ability to manage diverse groups and deal with change
  • Action oriented
  • Ability to maintain a professional image to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and travel on a regular basis
  • Excellent organization and negotiation skills

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

  • Voir au processus de l’expérience client – Ventes
  • Voir au processus de l’expérience client – Service
  • Assurer les performances de SocialCX
  • Produits livrables du Programme exclusif de certification Signature de Hyundai
  • Revue des concessionnaires
  • Utilisation des services numériques
  • Activation BlueLink des clients – Processus en concession
  • Suivi et recommandations relatifs aux clients mystères
  • Opportunités pour les concessionnaires (causes fondamentales/planification des actions)
  • Résolution et gestion des problèmes auprès des clients/concessionnaires
  • Inscriptions aux formations des Ventes et du Service / formation technique (certification)
  • Participation des concessionnaires dans les points de contact nationaux (ex. : matériel PLV, affichage numérique, services sur tablette électronique et service numérique Hyundai).

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES

  • De 5 à 7 années d’expérience pertinente dans des postes similaires
  • Diplôme de premier cycle ou combinaison équivalente d’expérience et formation
  • Excellentes connaissances de MS Office
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication (écrite et verbale), attention aux détails et compétences en matière de suivi
  • Capacité à gérer divers groupes et à s’adapter aux changements
  • Proactif
  • Capacité à maintenir une image professionnelle auprès des clients, internes et externes
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et pouvant voyager régulièrement
  • Excellentes qualités organisationnelles et de négociation
