Business Unit Accountant

• Bill clients using BST accounting system or similar systems 
•  Approve 3rd party invoices and employee expenses
  
• Set up and maintain projects in accordance with client contracts
• Work closely with project managers to produce related reports, prepare weekly or monthly project ffinancials by Excel for clients and project managers
  
• Prepare specific financial and project data reports to suit Business Unit, project/client requirements
  
• Prepare and enter project entries such as timesheets and internal charges 
  
• Assist with year-end audit and other reconciliations
  
• Support & liaison with Corporate Finance team as needed
  
• Other duties as assigned
