Brookstreet Hotel, Ottawa’s leading restaurant, spa, conference and wedding destination is seeking a talented, dynamic Food and Beverage Talent Leader.

The Food and Beverage Talent Leader will assist and lead the food and beverage partners in providing sensational experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience (1-2 years) 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Computer knowledge
• Ability to motivate and train partners
• Experience in employee coaching and development
• Ability to work cohesively with all outlet areas & co-workers as part of a team
• Ability to schedule various services for individuals and large groups
• Inventory experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
