Job Overview: The Banquet Captain is the liaison between the Management, Guests and Partners. This position is accountable for ensuring Guest satisfaction, adherence to the SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) by the banquet team and maintenance of banquet areas.
Reports To: Banquet Manager
Hourly Rate - $18.00 per hour plus gratuities
Excellent communication techniques
Possesses the knowledge to perform job functions with minimal guidance
Possesses the knowledge to work cohesively in a team setting and multi task
Possesses the knowledge to focus attention on details
Must be able to prioritize job duties
Must be available for all shifts including weekends & holidays
open availability, including evening, weekends
Must be smart serve certified
Must be physically able to lift/push/ pull heavy items minimum 50 pounds weight
