RVA is seeking a Project Database Engineering Coop Student for a 2 Month Contract.


  • Developing and updating our company project data base and project metrics
  • Help maintain our water and wastewater engineering team prepare library of assets, including digital files, historic presentations & new information
  • Assist in the preparation of water and wastewater engineering proposals.
  • Assist the water and wastewater engineering team on projects when and as required.


  • Highly developed verbal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to write and present complex information to a variety of audiences including writing reports, briefing notes, fact sheets and Q&As, facilitating working sessions, and delivering presentations.
  • Proficient with a variety of software packages including MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint, MS Project) and databases.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, collaboratively with others in a multidisciplinary environment and to work independently as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and diligently track down, reviewing and interpreting information.
  • Analytical skills in managing, maintaining, assessing and reviewing data, standards and services to identify best practices and opportunities for improvements in service delivery.
