Groupe Marcelle is looking for a Network Support Technician for a permanent full-time position.


Reporting to the Manager, IT, the Network Support Technician will be responsible for assisting employees on all aspects of the company's computer system.

  • Troubleshoot computer problems efficiently at the user's location.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Provide personalized support to employees and train them on the use of the company's equipment and software during onboarding.
  • Report routine IT issues.
  • Support technology on the company's mobile devices (iPhone, iPad).
  • Configure the telephone system (Cisco/WebEx).
  • Configure multifunction printers and label printers.
  • Install and configure new Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems and software.
  • Maintain an up-to-date software list and ensure the evolution of new versions.
  • Maintain an inventory of computer equipment.
  • Ensure the deployment of software updates, embedded software and drivers for the various equipment in the computer park (workstations, servers, firewalls, network switches, etc.).
  • Monitor the internal network and infrastructure (computers, servers, etc.).
  • Ensure the support of the Office 365 environment and promote its optimal use.
  • Maintain procedures and documents network configuration.
  • Participate in researching causes of hardware and software malfunctions.
  • Research and request bids for certain hardware purchases.
  • Document interventions in a helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Create Windows Active Directory accounts and other software used by the company. 



  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, as the person will be required to provide support to all employees located across Canada.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Organized and able to prioritize time and tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to work under pressure.
