Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a full-time Coordinator, Public Relations.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing & social media, you will provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the team in the development of campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Contribute to the writing of press kits.
  • Assist in the creation and review of proposals and strategy.
  • Establish an inventory system for the four brands' media products.
  • Maintain multiple press lists.
  • Place product orders and work closely with the production team to coordinate and track shipments.
  • Assemble and coordinate mailings to influencers, media, and stakeholders.
  • Media monitoring (ensure all releases are in PR reports).
  • Update budgets, schedules, and track expenses.
  • Draft written responses to media and other requests (send visuals, follow up on media requests, etc.).
  • Conduct research relevant to the initiatives: Search for influencers, media partners, event partners, subcontractors, etc.
  • Assist in the coordination of press events and activations.
  • Work in collaboration with the social media team to ensure synergy.
  • Develop PR communication tools in collaboration with the Senior Specialist.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field.
  • Or a DEC in Media Art and Technology with 2+ years experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of social networks & influencers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of the cosmetics market and industry, in addition to retailers and distribution networks, an asset.
  • Sensitivity to media trends.

AND IF YOU ARE

  • Bilingual English and French both written and oral.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Organized, autonomous, and take initiatives.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Good at researching social networks and finding influencers.
  • Passionate about public relations and have experience with a variety of creative and challenging projects.
