Collision Centre Service Advisor
$30,000-$50,000 per year (Dependent on qualifications)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Greet and acknowledge all internal and external customers promptly, whether in person, on the phone or electronically
  • Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate person while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and friendly and professional customer handling
  • Manage incoming inquiries to general email address from customers
  • Check and respond to collision and detail general voice mails
  • Respond to internal requests from other departments and respond or redirect as appropriate
  • Book appointments with customers for repairs (Collision or Detail)
  • Regularly seek opportunities to further support the Collision Center team in administrative tasks, notably Administrative roles, Advisor roles, Detail coordinator and Collision Center Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
  • Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit
  • Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation with an ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
