HV- Deli Cold Production - Supervisor

Do you have a passion for FRESH FOOD  and have proven ability to lead people? Freson Bros. is looking for a friendly and energetic person to be a Deli / Cold Kitchen Supervisor in the Hinton (Fresh Market) Deli Department.                                                   

Qualifications:

• Experience as a deli, kitchen, or restaurant supervisor is preferred

• Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, and food safety regulations is required

• Can organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks 

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)

• Ability to coach and motivate a team

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure Cold Deli Department is properly cleaned and sanitized

• Ordering and receiving deli products and inventory

• Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards

• Prepare special orders as per customers' request 

• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position type: Full-time

• Location:Hinton, Alberta

• Wage: $19-24/ hour
