Produce - Captain

Do you enjoy the fast-paced industry of produce and have a proven ability of leading people? Freson Bros. is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to be a Produce Supervisor in Barrhead, Alberta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of grocery or retail experience

• Ability to work different shifts including evenings and weekends

• Warm and welcoming personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ordering, receiving, and merchandising

• Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve quality standards

• Create beautiful and ‘X-citing Promotions and displays

• Process sales transactions, maintain sales records, and operate computerized sales and inventory systems

• Team Member training and coaching in achieving the operational standards

• Clean and sanitize work area

• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Position type: Full-Time

• Location:Barrhead, Alberta

• Wage: $19-24/ hour
