WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will welcome every visitor with a sincere greeting. You will be responsible for the prep work and assist with fermentation, scaling, mixing, kneading, hand-crafting, shaping and scoring breads and baking traditional breads according to recipes. You will also operate bakery equipment. You will adhere to all quality, cleanliness and merchandising standards. You may be required to work any day of the week including evening shifts.
