Responsibilities

  • Write and edit all content for both internal and external stakeholder communications
  • Provide a consistent tone and language for all written materials and corporate projects
  • Execute recognition programs, campaigns and initiatives to improve the Boardwalk Associate experience and drive internal engagement
  • Leverage internal intranet to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in Associate initiatives
  • Assist and collaborate with all departments and committees on internal communications and programming
  • Support the Regional marketing team with the writing and editing of advertising content
  • Miscellaneous assignments on an as-needed basis, such as assisting with award submissions, project summaries or surveys
  • Lead, manage and coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events
  • Coordinate the research and negotiation of services required from all event suppliers
  • Research and coordinate the purchase of Associate swag on an as-needed basis
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of Boardwalk’s monthly social media calendar

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recent relevant experience

Technical Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent creative writing and editing skills
